Welcome Back!

We all hope everyone had a safe and restful break over Easter. We again are coming back to a very busy time of year! We have lots of events for our children from Big Breakfast, Science fair, Sports day and so much more! From September 2020, all state-funded schools in England were required to teach First Aid as part of health education for all Key Stages. This includes basic first aid skills for common injuries. Primary school pupils are required to learn how to confidently make an emergency call and how to deal with head injuries. This half term, Cleves pupils will take part in First Aid week! As it is getting warmer, please make sure that you all are wearing the correct uniform and tie and have black shoes to wear. Please do not wear coloured trainers or open toe sandals in the warmer weather. As of Monday 25th April, we are asking all Year 1 pupils to bring in their book bags everyday. We have just invested into our home reading books and the children will need a book bag to put these in. This can not be a rucksack as it damages the books. If you require a new book bag, you can purchase it on Parentmail. It cost £4.20. Further information will follow next week! Of course if you have any questions please come and see us. Thank you again for all your support. Best Wishes Nneoma Onyemachi– Headteacher
